Short or long-term counselling for individuals aged 18 and above.

Venues
Face-to-face sessions in Bishops Stortford and surrounding areas.
Online sessions are also available.

Timings
All sessions are 50 minutes long and delivered according to the client's chosen schedule.
 
Plans and Fees
I offer open-ended counselling with different plans to suit various client needs, including. 

• Free Phone Consultation: One-off session over the phone for 20 minutes to discuss your needs and agree on an approach.

• Introductory Block: 5 sessions for £250. To be taken weekly unless discussed prior

• Block of 10: 10 sessions, minimum once per week. £500 total.To be taken weekly unless discussed prior

• Open-Ended: book weekly in advance, each session £60

• Check -in sessions for clients who have had therapy and left, who wish to have a one-off session of 90 minutes, £90.00 

Concessions are available for emergency service and NHS workers.

Payment
For blocks of sessions, payments are due in advance of the first session.

Sessions are not guaranteed without payment. 

• For individual sessions on an open-ended basis, cash is accepted at the end of the session, or a bank transfer is received within 48 hours before the session.
  Receipts are issued upon request at the end of each month.
   
  Cancellation Policy
  If you need to cancel a session, I require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the fee remains payable for that session.
