Services
Short or long term counselling for individuals aged 16 and above.

Venues
Face-to-face sessions in Bishops Stortford and surrounding areas.
Online sessions also available.

Timings
All sessions are 50 minutes long and delivered according to the clients chosen schedule.
 
Plans and Fees
I offer open ended counselling with different plans to suit different client needs including. 

• Free Phone Consultation: One off session over the phone for 30 minuites to discuss your needs and agree an approach.
• Introductory Block: Six sessions for £240, £40per session, to people new to therapy.
• Block of 10: 10 sessions, minimum once per week. £50 per session. £500 total.
• Open-Ended: book weekly in advance, each session £60.

Concessions are available for emergency service and NHS workers.

Payment
For blocks of sessions, payments are to be made up front before the commencement of the first session.

For individual sessions on an open-ended basis cash is accepted at the end of the session, or bank transfer accepted within 24 hours after the session.
Receipts are issued at the end of each month, if requested.
 
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session I require at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the fee remains payable for that session.
